Pricing FAQ
What counts as a scored order?⌄
Any order where FraudShield runs the full pipeline and returns a risk score. Cancelled-before-payment carts don't count. Re-scores triggered by chargebacks or refunds don't count either.
What happens if I exceed my plan cap?⌄
Basic is a hard cap — upgrade or wait for the period reset. Pro gives you a 500-order overage buffer at $0.50/order, then a hard stop so you never get a surprise bill.
Can I switch plans?⌄
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. No fee either direction.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?⌄
No. Free is genuinely free for 30 days, view-only. After that you keep read-only access to your historical data — you just can't score new orders without upgrading.
