Getting started
How long does setup take?⌄
Under 10 minutes for most stores. Install the plugin, paste your API key (or let our auto-provisioner do it), pick your thresholds, and you're live.
Which platforms are supported?⌄
Shopify (App Store install) and WooCommerce (drop-in WordPress plugin) are first-class. Custom integrations are possible via our HMAC-signed /v1/analyze endpoint on Pro.
Do I need a developer to install it?⌄
No. Shopify is one click. WooCommerce is upload-zip-and-activate from the Plugins page. The auto-provisioner generates and writes your API key + HMAC secret on first launch.
Pricing & plans
Is there a free trial?⌄
Basic and Pro both get 14 days free with a card on file. Free tier is always $0 and view-only for up to 30 days.
What happens if I hit my plan cap?⌄
Basic is a hard cap — upgrade or wait for the period reset. Pro gives you a 500-order overage buffer at $0.50/order, then a hard stop so you never get a surprise bill.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. Cancel from the Billing tab in the dashboard. No call, no retention email, no fee.
Gateways & integrations
Do you support my gateway?⌄
Out of the box we support Stripe, NMI, PayPal, and Authorize.Net. Pro customers get custom payment processor integrations on request.
Do I have to switch payment processors?⌄
No. FraudShield sits between your storefront and your gateway. We don't move payments — we just score and recommend hold / approve / reject before capture.
What about chargebacks?⌄
Pro plans get automatic chargeback ingestion from NMI and Authorize.Net via webhook. Each chargeback re-scores the original order and feeds the calibration loop that tunes your rules.
AI & data
Can I bring my own AI model?⌄
Yes, on Pro. Drop in your OpenAI or Anthropic key and we'll use your account for every AI call, so token costs stay on your bill and your data stays under your policies.
How is my data stored?⌄
Every merchant is isolated at the database row level. Orders, decisions, and rules live in your workspace and never leak across tenants. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Is my data used to train shared models?⌄
No. Your order data is never used to train any model — yours, ours, or a vendor's. AI calls are stateless and run against your own provider key on Pro.
Where are you hosted?⌄
Single-region deployment on EU / US peered infrastructure. Self-hosted Pro deployments on your own cloud are available on request.

What's your uptime SLA?⌄
99.9% on Basic, 99.95% on Pro. Status page at status.fraudcommandcenter.com once we publish it.
Can I export my data?⌄
Yes. CSV export of every transaction, decision, and rule from the dashboard. Full Postgres dump available on Pro.
Is there an audit log?⌄
Yes. Every rule change, threshold edit, manual decision, and admin action is recorded in an append-only audit log. Visible to merchant admins and exportable.
